Membership and billing
Write from the email you used to join and briefly describe what you need. For a billing question, include a receipt reference if you have one. Please never send a password, full payment-card number or medical records. If you want to stop renewal, explicitly ask us to cancel your subscription.
Privacy and community concerns
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, or request a review of a moderation decision. Use the in-app report control for a specific post when possible. Sharing only the relevant reference helps protect everyone’s privacy.
When you need urgent help
Support is not continuously monitored and immediate replies are not guaranteed. Steady is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency in the US, call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support in the US, call or text 988. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number or crisis service.
